Many box stores these days, including Target, have third-party resellers. They are not always super clear as to who is doing the selling, and it is not always obvious as to the markups that you are seeing with these resellers. They talk about the things to watch out for and the things that you, as a smart, savvy consumer, can do to make sure you aren’t being scammed by scalpers.
